Throughout her training and career, Dr. Zanko-Knight has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking to better understand complex patterns of strengths, differences, and challenges.
Sunset Coast Psychology was founded on a simple belief: people deserve to feel understood, valued, and genuinely cared for when seeking answers about themselves or someone they love.
Neurodevelopmental differences can affect nearly every part of life, yet no two people experience autism, ADHD, or other differences in exactly the same way. A diagnosis may provide an important piece of the picture, but it is rarely the whole story.
That's why my approach is intentionally individualized. I take the time to understand the person behind the referral question - their strengths, challenges, experiences, environment, and goals. Recommendations are developed with the same care, with an emphasis on practical, evidence-based next steps that make sense for the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all list based solely on a diagnosis.
My vision for Sunset Coast Psychology is to create a trusted place where neurodivergent individuals and their families can find knowledgeable, compassionate support throughout different stages of life. When needs extend beyond the services I provide directly, I aim to help clients identify thoughtful next steps and connect with appropriate resources and professionals in the community.
Above all, I want people who come to Sunset Coast Psychology to leave feeling that they were heard, understood, and cared for - and with greater clarity about the path forward.
